Step-by-step explanation:

you subtract 2x from both sides your given terms and 2x and 5x you subtract 2x from 5x x and get 3x.

2x - 1 = 5x

-2x -2x

Verify that P = Ce^t /1 + Ce^t is a one-parameter family of solutions to the differential equation dP dt = P(1 − P).
NemiM [27]

Answer:

See verification below

Step-by-step explanation:

We can differentiate P(t) respect to t with usual rules (quotient, exponential, and sum) and rearrange the result. First, note that

1-P=1-\frac{ce^t}{1+ce^t}=\frac{1+ce^t-ce^t}{1+ce^t}=\frac{1}{1+ce^t}

Now, differentiate to obtain

\frac{dP}{dt}=(\frac{ce^t}{1+ce^t})'=\frac{(ce^t)'(1+ce^t)-(ce^t)(1+ce^t)'}{(1+ce^t)^2}

=\frac{(ce^t)(1+ce^t)-(ce^t)(ce^t)}{(1+ce^t)^2}=\frac{ce^t+ce^{2t}-ce^{2t}}{(1+ce^t)^2}=\frac{ce^t}{(1+ce^t)^2}

To obtain the required form, extract a factor in both the numerator and denominator:

\frac{dP}{dt}=\frac{ce^t}{1+ce^t}\frac{1}{1+ce^t}=P(1-P)

Select the statement in if-then form.
SashulF [63]
The correct statement is C. <span>If an angle is an acute angle, then the angle measures less than 90 degrees.
A and B are obviously incorrect, and D is incorrect because it can be other angle as well, not just acute. </span>

What is the value of the smallest of five consecutive integers if the least minus twice the greates equals -3
Alexeev081 [22]

Answer: (b)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

There are five consecutive integers and the least minus twice the greatest equals to -3

Suppose x,x+1,x+2,x+3,x+4 are the five consecutive integers

According to the question

\Rightarrow x-2(x+4)=-3\\\Rightarrow x-2x-8=-3\\\Rightarrow -x=8-3\\\Rightarrow x=-5

option (b) is correct.

What is a rule for the total cost of the tickets ? Give the rule in words and as a algebraic expression
IRISSAK [1]
From the looks of it, each ticket costs $ 12...and there is a fixed rate of 150

ur equation would be : y = 12x + 150....where x is the number of students and y is the total cost...but that is an equation, and u want an expression...so I guess the expression would be 12x + 150

the cost of each ticket (12) multiplied by the number of students (x), added to 150 will give u the total cost
