Physical and emotional impacts:
Exclusion or rejection directed to you by others for reasons that you often have no control over can cause extreme worry to an individual. It results in anxiety, sadness, depression, and a feeling of guilt and emptiness. These often translate into depression, loss of interest, eating disorders, and stress-related ailments.

A) Discrimination can cause an individual to think that there is something wrong with them when in reality, there is not. It teaches that person to dislike themselves or think poorly of whatever people are discriminating against. It has big mental health impacts and can lead to a lot of issues.

B) Discrimination teaches society it is okay to shun someone for being different. It can make hurting people seem like its okay. It spreads hatred among people and can have lasting damage. For example, we are still trying to heal society from the discrimination POC faced/faces
