Answer:

job 33 $  15335 (COGS)

job 34 $  13855 (Finished goods)

jon 35 $    8835 (Ending WIP inventory)

Explanation:

We will construct the job sheet

\left[\begin{array}{cccccc}&Beginning&Materials&Labor&overhead&Total\\job 33&4300&2200&5700&3135&15335\\job 34&4200&3300&4100&2255&13855\\job 35&&3100&3700&2035&8835\\total&8500&8600&13500&7425&38025\\\end{array}\right]

Now, job 33 as being sold will constitute the COGS

while job 34 as complete but not sold is finished good

and job 35 incomplete is the ending WIP

the overhead amount is donde by taking the labor const nd multiplying it by 55%

mr_godi [17]
Let's start it this way. Since a market system is a system of profit and loss, naturally, both profit or loss will play a vital role in the equation or system. Capitalist economies depend on markets when it comes to their economic activities. The market's role is to serve as a basis for them in determining what profitable activities and enterprises should the people invest on.Without the presence of loss in the equation of a market system, these people will not be able to determine where they should invest and/or withdraw from. Therefore, people base their decision of using their resources through knowing first the profit and loss. The loss will help them go away from companies or activities which will bring the losses.The downside for using the government in shielding companies from having losses is that the government will be abused by these companies. Since all companies will naturally want to not experience having losses.

Using the tables above, if an investment is made now for $20,000 that will generate a cash inflow of $8,000 a year for the next
Allushta [10]

Answer:

b. $5,360

Explanation:

Using a financial calculator with CF function, find the Net present value (NPV) of this projects cashflows;

Initial investment; CF0 = -20,000

Yr 1 cash inflow; C01 = 8,000

Yr 2 cash inflow; C02 = 8,000

Yr 3 cash inflow; C03 = 8,000

Yr 4 cash inflow; C04 = 8,000

and annual interest rate; I/Y = 10%

then compute net present value; CPT NPV = 5,358.924

Therefore, the NPV will be closest to $5,360
