Explanation:

An esker( derived from the irish word , eiscir means elevation) is a long, low ridge of  sand and gravel strata  occurring  in glaciated regions and formed by deposition of sediments from glacial melt water.

Eskers appear the same and are usually found in  Europe and North America regions occupying many  kilometres like railway lines.A very common example of such Eskers  is the Eiscir Riada, which runs 200km from Dublin  to Galway.
