1 and half hour
= 60 minutes+ 30 minutes
= 90 minutes

Now,

Uzanne need 15 minutes to do 10 problems
Uzanne need 1 minute to complete 10/15 problems

Uzanne need 90 minutes to do
= (10/15)*90
=(2/3)*90
=2*30
=60 problems

A cell phone company says that a fully charged battery lasts 14 hours. In reality, each battery behaves a little differently. Fo
gregori [183]

Answer:

The percentage is 50%

Step-by-step explanation:

From the question we are told that

     The  mean is  \mu  =  14 \  hours

     The  standard deviation is \sigma =  1 \  hour

Generally on the normal distribution curve the mean divides the curve into  two. with the half to the left of the mean (50% to the left )representing the percentage of the batteries that will last less than 14 hours and  the area under the curve to the right (50% to the right)representing the percentage of batteries that will last longer than mean (14 hours )

Hence the percentage of the cell phone batteries that will be expected to last longer than 14 hours is 50%

Find the volume of a building using the measurement listed
son4ous [18]

The volume of the building would be the sum of the volume of the roof and the volume of the base

For the volume of the base, the formula is

V = lwh

Where

l = length of base = 50 feet

w = width of base = 15 feet

h = height of base = 15 feet

Volume of base = 50 * 15 * 15 = 11250 square feet

For the volume of the roof, the formula is

V = 1/2lwh

Where

l = length of roof = 50 feet

h = height of roof = 10 feet

w = width of roof = 15 feet

Volume of roof = 1/2 * 50 * 10 * 15 = 3750

Volume of buiding = 11250 + 3750 = 150000 cubic feet
