If the judge sustains an objection to a question that is asked by the DA or an attorney (lawyer) this means that the judge is aggreeing with the question. The judge approves of the question and it can be allowed by the other party.


Now for any reason the judge disgress with the question, the judge will object (objection) the quetstion, and at that point the question is not allowed or it will need to be repharsed another way.
