all the numbers before thousands will be zeros and the number that decide whether thousands will be added one or remains the same is the number before the thousands which is hundreds, if it's 0-4 that means the thousands remain the same at it was before and all the numbers before it become zeros, but if it's 5-9 that means thousands will be added one and all the numbers before it become zeros.
