How does nature differ in "Darkness" from its role in traditional Romanticism poems?
svetoff [14.1K]
The correct answer here is D.
The Nature in classical romanticism poems is a force of good, respite, inspiration and tranquility. In Byron's Darkness it is clearly not. It is important to note that this poem was created after a catastrophic eruption of Mountain Tambora which severely affected and caused the abnormal weather across the globe. That is why the Nature as depicted here is different from the rest of the romanticism poems.

Howell’s laid the groundwork for the novels of Henry James

True
or
False
Tatiana [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is "True".

Explanation:

Henry James is a celebrated American writer that was key in the transition from literary realism and literary modernism. Henry James attended Harvard law school during his youth years, however he left school to pursue his writing career. One of the reasons why he left school is because of his association with author William Dean Howell in Boston, a mentor for Henry James and a council for the years to come in his career.
