Explain the impact of personal health behaviors on the functioning of body systems.
Yuliya22 [10]
It usually depends what body system you are talking about but in general there are many that impact health. Personal health behavior impacts the body in all sorts of ways

For example: eating habits if the person is used to eating junk food and really never eat healthy it can cause a person to create to much insulin causing them to have diabetes and sometimes become obese, from there so many other things can happen it can begin to affect your blood pressure and in some rare cases your liver enzymes get out of hand and the person can begin to lose weight but not in a good way

Another example: exercise is a personal health behavior it helps keep your body in shape and allows your to build muscle and conditioning for your lungs. Is a person has poor behavior and chooses not to exercise they can become over weight and their body slows down without exercise it affects things like your knees, your breathing and so much more. But it can also affect someone mentally they start having insecurities and sometimes it leads to things like depression.

Explain the three most important influences on your personality.
Usimov [2.4K]
The things that most strongly influence your personality are your environment, your genes, and your experiences. It has been shown in studies that the environment and our genes both play an important role in determining what oulr personality would look like. However, what we experience personally also affects how we will behave and what kind of personality we will have. For that reason it's a combination of the three.

Which action is a sign of unhealthy personal boundaries
anygoal [31]

Answer:

Let's break this down a bit.

#A (not letting others define you) is actually a healthy boudary, so that can't be it.

#C (speaking up when you are treated poorly)  is definately a Healthy boundary too, so it's not C.

and #D (giving only as much as you are comfortable with) is yet another Healthy boundary.

#B (feeling bad when you say no)  Is an unhealthy behavieral (can't spell:) ) trait, and if your answer isn't A,C, or D, then it's B. Sorry if I seemed belittling, it took me a sad amount of time to figure it out so I thought I'd explaine it.

I hope it helps!
