The cardio vascular system is important for the human body because it’s the main function in your body, cardio is your heart .

What you could do to maintain good health is make sure you’re eating healthy , don’t stress as much , make sure you get rest, and also make sure you’re not smoking or drinking a lot .

Three diseases that affects the cardiovascular system is coronary heart disease- it is ease of the blood vessels supplying the heart muscle
Heart attack - this happens when an artery supplying your heart with blood and oxygen becomes blocked
Heart murmur - fast blood flow through the heart valves
