Answer:

The third one

Explanation:

Hitler gained many votes in Germany because when the Weimar republic had signed the treaty of versaille the people of Germany thought they had been treated badly and resented against the government fighting the treaty. Furthermore whe Hitler proposed Germany to fight in wars and prove to the world that Germany were still string it gave the Germans a great boost in morale and we all know how great Hitler was at public speaking so the way he spoke to Germany that's we wouldn't go down without a fight in many rallies e.g Nuremberg he gained the hearts of everyone which substainally boosted Hitlers votes

One difference between the House of Representatives and the Senate is that the Senate allows unlimited discussion of bills, the house has stricter rules.

How are Senate and the House of Representatives different?

Senate is set up such that there can be an unlimited discussion of bills by senators. This means that senators can speak for however period of time they want to regarding a bill.

This allows them to use this as a tactic to delay bills being passed. When senators do this, the process is called a filibuster.

The House of Representatives does not allow for this however, and there are stricter rules on regarding how long a person can discuss a bill which eliminates the chance of a filibuster.

In conclusion, option A the Senate allows unlimited discussion of bills, the house has stricter rules is correct.
