Social > Deciding to stay in my rooms to play games rather than socializing, the negative impact would be that it will make me unable to grasp basic communication skills that may be needed after i graduate

Economic>spending all my allowance on luxury item, the negative impact would be i won't have enough saving ifi want to open a new business in the future

Physical> not working out daily, will make me unhealthy and more prone to illness

Mental > keeping negative mood in my head, will make me unmotivated and unwilling to do my responsibility as students
