Can man or adjust Mars environment to make it more suitable for human habitation? How?

Answer:
Reduce the amount of CO2 in the air. ...
Increase the planetary temperature. ...
Make the planet breathable. ...
Construct plants for generating super-greenhouse gases made of complex combinations of carbon, chlorine and flourine. To successfully make Mars Earth-like, we would need to raise temperatures, have water stably remain in liquid form and thicken the atmosphere. ... The only greenhouse gas on the Red Planet that's abundant enough to provide significant warming is carbon dioxide (CO2), they noted. Man cannot alter the environment in Mars to make it more suitable for human habitation. It is virtually and logistically impossible to do so for various reasons. For this to work, you need massive changes in the environment which is not possible with what we have today. Transforming Mars into a life-friendly world doesn't have to be a herculean planet-wide effort. Humanity could make patches of the Red Planet habitable relatively cheaply and efficiently by placing thin layers of silica aerogel on or above the Martian surface, a new study suggests. Proponents of terraforming Mars propose releasing gases from a variety of sources on the Red Planet to thicken the atmosphere and increase the temperature to the point where liquid water is stable on the surface. These gases are called “greenhouse gases” for their ability to trap heat and warm the climate. Scientists have considered placing Mylar disks, with a diameter of 155 miles and a weight of 200,000 tons, to reflect sunlight onto Mars and heat the surface. The idea is that over many years, the rise in temperature would release greenhouse gasses.

tino4ka555 [31]

The correct answer is the following: option a. Charlotte Perkins Gilman wrote "The Yellow Wallpaper" in the first-person point of view in order to depict a woman's mental breakdown naturally and objectively.

Charlotte Perkins Gilman was an American novelist and a member of the feminist movement. She wrote the short story called "The Yellow Wallpaper" that was first published in January 1892. The story is based on the author's personal life, when after giving birth to her daughter, the author felt into a severe case of depression. Although "The Yellow Wallpaper" is a fictional work, it is based upon that personal even in Gilman's life.

That is why the use of the first-point of view is so important for the story. The author knew that by telling the story through the sufferer's point of view, the reader would be able to experience the same thoughts and emotions that the main character was suffering while falling into madness. She used the first-person point of view to describe in a natural and personal way the whole process of a mental breakdown.

alliteration is the repetition of sounds in a sequence of words used for emphasis, such as "bad boy." Alliteration generally refers to repeated consonant sounds or those at the beginning of stressed syllables, but has also been used by some critics to refer to repeated vowel sounds. In “Harlem,” Langston Hughes uses imperfect alliteration in his first line: “What happens to a dream deferred?” In using alliteration within the first line, Hughes is really drawing attention to the importance of those two words. One reason Hughes may have wanted to emphasize that phrase is because it is the first (and last) time the literal topic of the poem is mentioned, so it helps it to stick in your head; additionally, the alliteration highlights the topic of the poem--everything else in the poem is figurative language being compared to this "dream deferred." To write about alliteration, you would need to look at the words and try to figure out why the author would want to emphasize those specific words. In addition, you need to make sure you are connecting the significance of the words and phrases to the theme of your paper.
