Answer:

In terms of upper and lower body workouts, I have to say, I do better concerning the lower body ones. All the upper body workouts that I've done have been extremely difficult, if only because I don't have much muscle. At first I had difficulty with the lower body workouts as well but with plenty of practice, I've gotten much better and I know that if I commit to working out my upper body like I did for my lower body, I'll be in great shape and I have started, a bit slowly though and the two exercises that I have found to be the most beneficial are strength and resistance training. It's plenty of work but you can start out on your own pace and build up to more difficult exercises.

Explanation:

Hope this helps :)

The best answer for this question would be to talk to the cashier, in situations like these the customer is always right and knows exactly what they want, and if that doesn't work out ask the manager so he can get the correct coffee he wishes for.
