Society has an agreement about the core believes, norms and values of society. In society, we have rules and laws that tells citizens how to live. if there is a good government we cannot find the blck money and there is lot of usess by the good form of government. if we didn't have society, there will be no rules and laws, we can find the black moneyes, there won't any uses by the good form of governmrnt. etc...
