We have :

27 = 3³ = 3 × 3 × 3

$x$³ = $x$ × $x$ × $x$

So :

The cube root of 27$x$³ is :

3 × $x$ = 3$x$

(  because : (3$x$)³ = 27$x$³ )

We have :

8 = 2³ = 2 × 2 × 2

So :

The cube root of 8 is : 2

$a^{3} +b^{3} = (a+b)(a^{2} -ab+b^{2} )$ with $a=3x$ and $b=2$

We have :

$(3x)^{3}+2^{3}=(3x+2)((3x)^{2} -(3x)(2)+(2 )^{2} )$
