Can someone help me
KatRina [158]

Let's recall that in a parallelogram:

1. The opposite sides are paralell

In our exercise. sides CZ and KG are paralell. And so do sides KC and GZ.

2. Those opposite sides are equal in length.

3. The opposites angles are equal. In our exercise, angle C and G are equal and so do angles K and Z.

4. That also mean that the angles at the top of the figure are supplementary. It means they add up to 180 degrees. We have the same situation with the two angles at the bottom of the parallelogram.

In our case then:

\angle\text{ C = }\angle\text{ G }\Rightarrow\text{ C = 50}\circ\text{ , G = 50}\circ

Now, we can find the measure of angles K and Z, as follows:

\angle C\text{ + }\angle Z\text{ = 180}\Rightarrow\text{ 50 + }\angle Z\text{ = 180 }\Rightarrow\text{ }\angle Z\text{ = 180 - 50}\angle Z\text{ = 130}\circ\text{ }\Rightarrow\angle K\text{ = 130}\circ

How to combine these like terms
Arlecino [84]
It is being distributed ( ex: 5(1), bring the 5 over and multiply: 5). Since -1 is the term that is distributing for both 8m and 32, multiplying both would equal= -8m (8m x -1, + x - = negative), +32 (notice the positive, - x - = positive). In conclusion, this would be -8m+32.

Plot 2 3/8 and 1 3/4 on the number line below
MariettaO [177]

Answer:

There is a picture below of the number line with the numbers, plotted.

Step-by-step explanation:

For the 2 3/8, you would simply go to 2 and count 3 to the right becuase there are 8 points for each whole number to the next. It's pretty hard to explain sorry. For 1 3/4, you would make the denominator 8, so multiply it by 2. When we do this, we multiply both the numerator and denominator. What is done to one must be done to the other. 3*2 to get 6. 4*2 to get 8. So, 3/4 becomes 6/8. Now, we can go to 1, and count 6 points to the right to get to 1 3/4.

emilio writes the inequality 17(f+2) + 45.99<200 to better represent the situation, using the variable f to represent the num
dlinn [17]

Expand the left hand side:

17f+34+45.99

Simplify the left hand side:

17f+79.99

Subtract 79.99 from both side:

17f

Divide both sides by 17:

f

So, he must invite less than 7 friend to the party.

Can someone please answer this for me.
Vlada [557]
Graphing an inequality is when you shade in the graph based on whether your point that you chose(usually (0, 0))  is true or false when put back in the original equation.

Graphing an equation of a line is just a line on the graph.

For a solid line: the inequality should be greater then or equal to or less then or equal to.

For a dashed line: the inequality should just be greater then or less than.

Hope this helps for your inequality equations :)
