I did this online and got this hope this helps
Area = *Longer Side* x *Shorter side*
44 = (x + 7) * x
44 = x^2 + 7x
0 = x^2 + 7x - 44
0 = (x + 11)(x - 4)
0 = x + 11 OR 0 = x - 4
x = -11*impossible* OR x = 4
So x = 4
This is the answer 6x^2+15x+9
