Yes, because the height of someone can also be about how long your arm span is. If you are tall for example, there is no doubt that you will have a long arm span to fit the persons size. If you had a short height and a long arm span, then that would not fit you body type. Everything like the height and arm span have to be the same proportion.

Due to the fact that our bodies grow proportionally someone who is tall will have longer arms (wider arm span), while a shorter person will have shorter arms. If everyone had the same length arms but differing heights, they would be much less helpful to us on a daily basis.
