1. Flexibility is being able to use your muscles to bend, flex and twist

as far as possible.

2. When you stretch, your muscles might feel tight but they should not rip.

Always stretch as far as you can without feeling pain.

3. When you do static flexibility exercises, stretch slowly without force.

4. Always do consistent exercises for all the muscles that you will use in an activity.

5. Flexibility exercises keep muscles long  and flexible instead of short and stiff.

6. People who are very flexible can use their muscles fully.

7. People with healthful levels of flexibility have fewer sore or tense

muscles.

8. Cold muscles will not stretch as far as warm muscles. Warming up

with light activity before stretching is a good idea.

Hope this helps

How does eating or hunger help us maintain homeostasis?
Nitella [24]
To summarize, food intake is influenced by metabolic activity in hypothalamic neurons and elsewhere; by hormones that signal the body's fat content to the brain; and by other homeostatic-need situations such as low blood glucose. All of these represent instances of negative feedback.
