How to find volume of 7 and 8? (20 pts)
Airida [17]

Answer:

7

Step-by-step explanation:

7.base of triangle=√(32.5²-28²)

=√4.5(32.5+28)

=√4.5(60.5)

=√272.25

=16.5

area of triangle=1/2  ×16.5×28

=231

volume=231×31=7161 km³

8.

39.4-25=14.4

width=√(30.6²-14.4²)

=√16.2(30.6+14.4)

=√16.2(45)

=√729

=27

volume=(25+39.4)/2 ×27×35

=(64.4)/2×27×35

=32.2×27×35

=30429 cm³

50 points!!!!! Please!!!!! Sandra and Jenny spend a certain amount of money from their money box each month to buy plants. The t
nekit [7.7K]

Answer:

A) Function 2 shows a greater rate of change because Jenny spends $6 each month and Sandra spends $5 each month.

Step-by-step explanation:

The y-intercept for Sandra is 55 and the slope is -5. While Jenny's y-intercept is 50 and slope is -6.

6 is a greater number therefore causing Jenny's slope to decrease faster causing her to have less money at a much faster rate. (rate of change=slope) Jeny's slope is decreasing at a faster rate of change because she is spending more money everyday than Sandra is.

Hope this helps! Have a great day! :)

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Volume of a cone: 1. V = (1/3)πr2h 2. Slant height of a cone: 1. s = √(r2 + h2) 3. Lateral surface area of a cone: 1. L = πrs = πr√(r2 + h2) 4. Base surface area of a cone (a circle): 1. B = πr2 5. Total surface area of a cone: 1. A = L + B = πrs + πr2 = πr(s + r) = πr(r + √(r2 + h2))

hope this helps
