The part where it points out that there is an invasive muscle species but also the native muscle species are declining in population.

Explanation: this is because the native muscles would be competing for food, and space to live if there are new invasive muscles inhabiting the river.

Why is the crust made of the lightest<br> materials, and the core the heavy<br> metals?
mariarad [96]

Answer:

Hmm.

Explanation:

<em>'Many geologists believe that as the Earth cooled the heavier, denser materials sank to the center and the lighter materials rose to the top. Because of this, the crust is made of the lightest materials (rock- basalts and granites) and the core consists of heavy metals (nickel and iron).'</em>

What is traslocation
stira [4]

Answer:

The exchange of chromosome segment between non-homologous chromosomes is called translocation.

It is of two types:

  • Reciprocal translocation

There is an exchange of chromosome segments between two non- homologous chromosomes in reciprocal translocation.

  • Non- reciprocal translocation

A part of chromosome is translocated from one non-homologous chromosomes to other so that one chromosome becomes deficient and another non-homologous chromosome gains the piece of chromosome and becomes long.

Hope this helps...

Good luck on your assignment..
