The slope-intercept form is y=mx+b so this what you do.
4y - 3x + 6 = 0
Add 3x and subtract 6 to both sides.
4y = 3x - 6 
Divide the right side by 4.
y = 3/4x - 3/2
So the slope is 3/4.
