There are three states of matter solid liquid and gas is this statement true or false
aalyn [17]

Answer:

True

Explanation: There are three states of matter: solid; liquid and gas. They have different properties, which can be explained by looking at the arrangement of their particles. This is the theoretical temperature at which particles have the least amount of energy and the slowest movement.

What is the difference between direct and indirect characterization? Provide an example of each from the day I got lost
ELEN [110]
Both terms describe a way of recounting something that may have been said – but there is a subtle difference between them.

Direct speech describes when something is being repeated exactly as it was – usually in between a pair of inverted commas. For example:

She told me, “I’ll come home by 10pm.”

Indirect speech will still share the same information – but instead of expressing someone’s comments or speech by directly repeating them, it involves reporting or describing what was said. An obvious difference is that with indirect speech, you won’t use inverted commas. For example:

She said to me that she would come home by 10pm.

Direct speech can be used in virtually every tense in English.
Indirect speech is used to report what someone may have said, and so it is always used in the past tense. Instead of using inverted commas, we can show that someone’s speech is being described by using the word “that” to introduce the statement first.

Write. a pragaph on contribution. of labour in new development of india in hindi
Mariulka [41]

A large number of industries have been established in the post-independence India in private, public and joint sectors. There are a lot of industrial resources and raw materials available in India. Bhilai, Bokaro, Rourkela, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Renukoot, etc., emerged as major centres during the first one and a half decades of independence.

However, later on, industrialisation at medium and small scale was taken up in all the states. The main sectors of industrialisation today are electronics, transport and telecommunication. Compared to advanced countries, there is very little industrialisation in India. About 10 per cent of the total workers are employed in the organised industrial sector. Both private and public sectors have grown side by side since independence.
