What is your opinion of the idea that accepting live difficulties make it easier to bear?

in general life will always be filled with hardships. No matter how much you don’t want it to be. If every time life hits you, you let it get to you and hurt you your life will be a living hell. Accept when you run into problems and instead invest your energy into finding a way to either solve them or avoid the problems altogether.

accepting life's difficulties for some, may make it mentally easier to push through, but not all people, lots of people can get lost in it, not seeing a way out. helping others through similar challenges can help ones mind as working as a team can be easier then to walk alone when suffering
