Answer:

Answer:1) That the United States would not allow European countries to start new colonies or to interfere with independent countries in the continents of North America or South America. 2) That the United States would not interfere with existing European colonies nor get involved with conflicts between European countries.

Explanation: My answer was deleted for not being complete so I am reposting it. I don't understand why this was considered an incomplete answer :(

Well, it decreased the demand of Slave Labor.

Back then,  the technology advancement , especially in agricultural sector,  significantly increased the total production. This cause the demand of overall labor decreased. The northern US, who utilized more of this advancement more than their southern neighbor, manage to produce hundred times more output than the southern who still depended on their slave labor
