You may be uptight or stressed. This puts a lot of pressure on you. I know how you feel. I get lonely often because of my stress. I always feel like everything that happens is my fault, even if I had nothing to do with it. My stress has become a frequent voice in my head that tells me I am not enough or that it's all my fault.
So, DO NOT get lonely. This will happen!
Find some amazing friends that you can trust and hang out with them.
Go on walks to clear your head...
Or even simply go do something you love to clear your mind.
