Answer:

hello, i am a trans guy that binds pretty frequently... make sure that when you put your binder on your nips point outwards, if they are pointing down you could damage your tissue and that could make it so you dont

qualify for top surgery. also do not wear it for more than 10 hours... thats  pushing it. 8 hours is the sweet spot

NEVER WEAR YOUR BINDER TO SLEEP

i have cracked my ribs because i wore my binfer for 12 hours straight..

the other time i cracked my ribs was because i slept in it

DO NOT use tape or ace bandages or anything like that to bind because you could severly injure yourself.

there is a company called Trans Tape that is spicifically for binding and they have directions on how to use and remove their product.. this product is good for people that have breathing problems.

stay safe friend and make sure to stay hydrated
