Answer:

It can veto laws passed by the legislative branch.

Explanation:

The ability to veto a certain law is held by the President of United States (the president is part of the executive branch)

Whenever the legislative branch created a law that does not have at least 67% of the legislators, the president had the ability to veto it. When the law is vetoed, the law wouldn't be able to be enacted into law unless the legislators made some change/adjustment that the president asked for.

Mariana [72]

The ethical theory of John Stuart Mill (1806-1873) is most fully expressed in his classic text Utilitarianism (1861). Its goal is to justify the principle of utility as the foundation of morality. This principle states that an action is correct insofar as it tends to promote general human well-being.

The Utility or Maximum Happiness Principle states that an action is right insofar as it tends to promote happiness, and wrong insofar as it tends to produce the opposite of happiness. Happiness means lack of pleasure and pain. Through unhappiness, pain and joy deprivation.

svet-max [94.6K]

Psychotherapy uses various psychological techniques to treat different emotional, interpersonal and psychological problems with the belief that psychological factors are a major source and influence in the troubling emotional state and behavior of the person. Biomedical therapy on the other hand includes the usage of medication to treat the symptoms of the disorders as their assumption is that biological factors (not normal brain chemistry for example) are involved.

Sonbull [250]

Answer:

E) Specific Performance

Explanation:

This is an equitable remedy in the law of contract, in which the court issues an order to the defendant in a la suite to perform a specific act, which most of the time entitles the complete performance of the contract that they have agreed to.
