i personally would remove tai chai (thats just my opinion) but other wise great!

whew! it gave me different feelings, i was worked but yet it was a great workout!
Extras: This workout would really make since to me, it seems it blends lots of different types of workouts into one, it seems that Yoga, Swimming, Walking all are really great for your physical and mental health!
