Observe how deeply in the agar your organism grew. Is there growth on the surface? Where is the majority of the growth located?

Remember that your unknown organism was inoculated all the way to the bottom of the tube initially, so there may be bacteria visible along the whole inoculation line. But evaluate where you see the most growth.
