Sensorimotor stage
Tertiary circular stage is the sub stage of sensorimotor development which happens between 12-18 months of age. At this stage, the infant passes through tertiary circular reactions of innovation and curiosity. These circular reactions are the designs in which a child deliberately investigates new possibilities with the objects and frequently involve in doing new things and searching new events.

The financial resources needed for the foundation, machinations, Research and Development, latest Technology and Promotion of the brand of a market. Capital Requirement is also a factor that could make it difficult for new firms to enter a market.
