Effective and active listening is an important part in the process of communication. Active listening involves actively participating in the listening of the information and receiving it with concentration. Being mentally active and present at the time of the communication helps in active listening. A well noted feedback is shared to the speaker by the listener when the listener listens to the information actively. An analysis is also required by the listener so as to provide a constructive feedback.
