Answer:

When the climate changes the weather changes significantly. All plants and animals have a certain climate they're supposed to thrive in. When the heat rises due from climate change the amount of rain increases which can cause plants to take in to much water and kill them, or it can cause an extreme drought. This can also cause a huge problem for farms and their crops.
