Vinil7 [7]
You should keep it a little bit damp before you dry it because it keeps it shape as it dries. Don't make it too wet because your hair will be negatively affected due to pressurized conditions. Overall, you should braid it when its damp after shower.

There are two major types of psychophysiological disorders. They are:

The development of psychosomatic disorders sonewhat involves the following factors the degree of arousal depending not only on the nature of the stress situation but in addition, it also depends on the individual’s perception of the situation and his/ her stress tolerance.

The failure of these emotions to be dealt with adequately, either through appropriate expression or through a changed frame reference.

Response stereotype occurs when the destructive effects of chronic arousal become concentrated on a specific organ, it can disrupt the regular functioning of the organ.

Physical factors play an important role in the psychosomatic disorders as mental stress and anxieties etc. physical factors express themselves through physical organs. Coronary heart disease (CHD) for example is caused due to the damage of one of the coronary or heart arteries, and choice of lifestyle practices such as intake of a diet with high levels of saturated cholesterol and calories, high blood pressure, diabetes, mellitus; smoking, overeating and physical inactivity.
