Given :

________ is 1/10 of (186.79 - 29.09). Round that answer to the nearest tenths and compare it to 15.7. Whichever number is bigger- add that to the difference between 34.45 and 12.6.

To Find :

The final answer.

Solution :

First we need to solve 1/10 of (186.79 - 29.09).

So, \dfrac{(186.79-29.09)}{10}= 15.77

The equivalent of above expression is 15.77 which is greater than 15.7 .

So, we need to add 15.77 to the difference between 34.45 and 12.6 .

=( 34.45 - 12.6 ) + 15.77\\\\= 37.62

Give the difference in kg between a 25 kg weight and a 2400 gram weight
Varvara68 [4.7K]

Answer:

The answer is 22.6kg

Step-by-step explanation:

kilo means 1000 i.e. 10³

Hence,

1 kilogram = 1000 gram

1 gram = \frac{1}{1000} kilogram\\2400 gram = 2400*\frac{1}{1000} \\2400g = 2.4kg

Now,

The both quantities are in kg i.e. 25kg and 2.4kg.

We can add zeros after an integer by putting decimal point after least significant figure hence we can write 25 as 25.0

Taking difference of these two:

25.0-2.4 = 22.6kg

T = 12 min,  T o = 80° C, T s = 50 °C,  T ( 12 ) = 60° C
60 = 50 + ( 80 - 50 ) · e^(-12k)
10 = 30 · e^(-12k)
e^(-12k) = 0.3333...
ln ( 0.333.. ) = - 12 k
- 12 k = - 1.1
k = ( - 1.1 ) : ( - 12 ) = 0.0916
