Polyneices was considered a traitor by King Creon for attacking the city of Thebes. Polyneices body was not permitted to be buried, but left for the scavenger birds and dogs to eat. Eteocles was to receive a hero's burial.
I don’t see the passage but it is probably struggle.
The most important difference between an outline and a finished piece of writing is the "details", since at the outline state you should have the basics of each paragraph already worked out fairly well.
