Answer: y = 3x - 2

the equation is y = ax + b  (a ≠ 0)

see in the picture, the line passes through  (0;-2) and (2;4)

because the line passes through  (0;-2) => b = -2

               the line passes through (2;4) => 2a + b = 4

have: b = -2

          2a + b = 4
