Parents can try but ultimately fail to try to control children inside of school grounds. Parents can but are not at all obligated to force their children to make friends. It's not D because again they are not at all obligated to do that in fact most parents do the opposite and keep their children away from children of different social backgrounds.
Explanation: If I was a employee and someone said " wouldn't you do the same if you had the chance " that would seriously get my attention. I do not know this for sure but to me sounds like the reasonable answer.
