yes he was prosecuted He was hated by the roman empire they didn't think he was the actual son of god they hung him on a cross by nailing his hands and feet to the wood ans killed him by stabbing him in the side with a spear after he was pt in a tomb that was guarded by roman guards but three days later he was risen from the dead Marry Magdalene and one other lady fond the bolder rolled away from the door  open with an angle sitting on the bolder.
