Social values has to do with the moral principles that everyone in the society are expected to have. To maintain a society that's peaceful and orderly, social values are required.
Examples of such social values include cooperation, concern for others, accountability, obeying the law etc.
It should be noted that the negligence of duty isn't a social value as it's not a behavior that's expected from the people in a society.
