Answer: x = 76

Step-by-step explanation:
Hey there! I’m not fully sure because I don’t do geometry shapes of finding x angles but this is how I got x.

The left and bottom bases are the same. Let’s say that A will be the top point of the triangle b will be the bottom left corner angle and c would be in the bottom right corner. We can already see that ∠AB = ∠BC. Because we can see that one line between them. so that means 52* = A angle because of the side length

52 + 52 = 104
180 = total
104 = among angles (we know)
180 - 104 = 76
x = 76

slava [35]

Answer:

\text{1. }50^{\circ}\\\text{2. }80^{\circ}

Step-by-step explanation:

1. The measure of an inscribed angle is always half the measure of the arc it forms. Since angle ACB forms arc AB with a measure of 100 degrees, the measure of angle ACB will be equal to \frac{100}{2}=\boxed{50^{\circ}}.

2. Relating to problem 1, both inscribed angles marked in the figure form the same arc. All inscribed angles forming the same arc will have the same measure. Therefore, the measure of angle GEF is equal to \boxed{80^{\circ}}.

Mnenie [13.5K]

Answer:

  • 10. 0.99
  • 11. -60
  • 12. 5.5

Step-by-step explanation:

<u>Use the slope formula:</u>

  • m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

10.

  • m = (6.24 - 3.27)/(5 - 2) = 2.97/3 = 0.99

11.

  • m = (240 - 360)/(3 - 1) = -120/2 = -60

12.

  • m = (8.84 - 6.09)/(7 - 2) = 2.75/5 = 5.5

Identify an equation in point-slope form for the line perpendicular to y = –4x – 1 that passes through (–2, 7).
Harlamova29_29 [7]
To get a perpendicular line, your slopes will equal -1 when multiplied...this means if we multiply - 4 x (1/4), we get out slope to use for the next step.

Y - Y1 = M(X - X1)    passes through (-2, 7)
Y - 7 = 1/4(X - (-2))
Y - 7 = 1/4(X + 2)
Y - 7 = 1/4X + 1/2
   +7              + 7
Y = 1/4X + 7.5
