Being homeless
Not having enough money for food/ clothes
Those are two reasons that give reasons for stealing but some times it’s just because people want to. But sometimes people do it bc they have to. Because they need it to live and can’t survive without it. If it’s cuz it’s necessary to live I would just try to help them get to a better place in their life. If it’s just because their being petty and stealing for no reason I would give them probably 3 or so months in county jail
