How much will a cube shaped box hold if each side measures 3.5ft
poizon [28]

Answer:

A cube shaped box can hold 42.875 cubic ft if each side measures 3.5ft

Step-by-step explanation:

We have given a cube shaped box.

Each side of a cube measures 3.5ft

A cube shaped box can hold up-to its maximum volume capacity.

That means , we need to find the volume of cube.

volume of cube = side^{3}

Here side = 3.5 ft

So, volume of cube = 3.5^{3}

Volume of cube = 42.875 cubic ft

Which is the graph of f(x)=2(3)^x
disa [49]

<u>Answer-</u>

<em>The </em><em>first graph</em><em> represents f(x)=2(3)^x</em>

<u>Solution-</u>

The given function is,

f(x)=2(3)^x

Putting x = 1,

f(x)=2(3)^1=2(3)=6

So, the point (x, f(x)) i.e (1, 6) must satisfy or lie on the curve of the function.

Only in case of the first graph, the point (1, 6) lies on the curve.

Therefore, the first graph represents the function f(x)=2(3)^x correctly.

What is the approximate circumference of the circle? Use π ≈ 3.14. Circle A with radius 18 feet. 21.1 feet 36 feet 56.5 feet 113
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]
C= 2*pi*r
pi= approx. 3.14
So
The first one with the radius being 18 would be approximately 113.04
BECAUSE 18 * 2 = 36
36*3.14= 113.04
DO THE SAME PROCESS with the other values you were given...

Also if they give you the diameter the formula is C= d*pi
that formula is the same as c=2*pi*r  ..... Use either... just remember when they give you the radius.... the radius is half of the diameter... so take the radius times 2 and times that by pi
When it asked for an approximation use 3.14 for pi.
I'm sure you can do the rest by yourself. I hope this helped!
