Throughout history, there have been a few examples of a command economy. An advantage of this economy is there are low levels of inequality and unemployment because everything is the same. There are many disadvantages to this plan though. A command economy will create lack of innovation, efficiency, and competition. For many reasons, the US should not adopt this system. The United States was created to provide experiences for free citizens, not for the government to control what they buy and sell.

Answer

In a command economy, the government determines what is produced, how it is produced, and how it is distributed. A command economy can be good and bad. A major advantage that a command economy has over other types of economic systems is that in a command economy there are less risks, meaning that the economy always stays stable and everyone is guaranteed a job. As a result performance can begin to decline because there is no incentive to do your best because all workers receive equal pay. In my opinion, America should not adopt this economic system because a command economy is controlled by the government, sometimes does not meet the needs of consumers, and workers do not need to work hard because everyone receives equal pay.

Answer:

pluralistic ignorance

Explanation:

Pluralistic ignorance refers to the social phenomenon that arises when particular members of a group assume that others within their group have comparatively extreme attitudes, values, or behaviors. It is based on the notion that people wrongly guess about the beliefs and values of a group. Therefore, when several members of any group have the same misconception of the group standard, this standard fails to reflect the group's real composite beliefs and attitudes.
