solong [7]

Answer:

0.3935 to 4 places of decimals.

Step-by-step explanation:

Use binomial probability tables or an online probability calculator.

Here Prob(a singles success) = 0.08333 ( that is 1/12)

Number of successes = 3 and number of trials = 27.

You want the probability of the variable X being >= x.

Find the value of sin θ, if tan θ=4; 180° < θ <270°
Nana76 [90]
You can use the identity
\sin(x)=\sqrt{\dfrac{\tan(x)^{2}}{1+\tan(x)^{2}}}\\\\=-\sqrt{\dfrac{4^{2}}{1+4^{2}}}\\\\=-\sqrt{\dfrac{16\cdot 17}{17\cdot 17}}=\dfrac{-4\sqrt{17}}{17}

The sign is negative because the angle is in the 3rd quadrant.

This corresponds to ...
 a. -(4√17)/17

*PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!**
serious [3.7K]
For the first question, the answer is A. You take 90 and multiply it by 3, then you get the time that it takes for one worker to mow the large park.

For the second question, you take 50 = k/0.25. To find k, you would want to multiply both sides with 0.25 to cancel the 0.25 on k's side. 50 times 0.25 is 12.5. I think C is your answer although I'm not really confident.
