Answer:

Braces don't really hurt but more-so a lot of pressure. (I get mine off March 29th :))

Explanation:

Your orthodontist will put bands around our back molars. This will cause slight pressure or feeling of a pinch but it won't be painful, or when you get your braces tightened, and your orthodontist puts new rubber bands around your brackets - this will also cause pressure, but no pain :)

Hope this helped.

Oxygen tanks can explode if the gas is ignited. Why is this?
taurus [48]
Oxygen is a non-flammable gas due to the fact that it does not burn. But oxygen is needed for burning to take place; that is, oxygen support combustion. The primary hazard for oxygen is as an oxidizer. As an oxidizer, oxygen vigorously accelerates combustion. Because of this, a minimum of twenty feet must be maintained between oxygen and other combustible material or else, the oxygen container can explode if ignited.

Nady [450]

Answer:

parasympathetic

Explanation:

According to my research on studies conducted by various medical professionals, I can say that based on the information provided within the question it seems Corrine's parasympathetic nervous system has been activated. This is a system that conserves energy as it slows the heart rate, increases intestinal and gland activity, and relaxes sphincter muscles in the gastrointestinal tract. Which is why her heart stopped racing.
