The initiative allows citizens to actively participate in the political process that manages the country. This allows social changes to be established based on the precepts and needs of the population that is directly affected by them.

This all promotes an active politicization of the entire population that can better inspect, charge and understand the processes that are happening, in addition the initiative allows the population to manage economic resources and maintain a conscious political body and without shirking their responsibilities.
