Explanation:

Though the images arent clear, I can say that yes we can identify the music depending on the picture because, like during national anthem, all people stay still and sing right. or like, there will be something like that which is neccessary for the anthem and if it's a festival or any other, you'll know from what people are doing. dont you think so?
