People build new things or distory somthing every year
African American writers, musicians, singers, painters, sculptors and scholars lived there and exchanged ideas. African Americans were able to live freely and express their ideas without being oppressed. The entire town's population at the time was mainly African Americans.
The plebians demanded power, and since they were 80% of the population, the patricians had to give it to them.
